Chao Tom

Recipe Ingredients

  • Prawns 100 gm
  • Chicken mince100 gm
  • Boneless fish100 gm
  • Onion1
  • Egg white1
  • Brown onion2 to 3
  • Green coriander½ bunch
  • Mint½ bunch
  • Garlic cloves4 to 5
  • Brown sugar1 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper1 tsp
  • Soya sauce1 tbsp
  • Rice flour1 to 2 tbsp
  • Oilfor fry
  • Carrotas required
  • Saltto taste

Recipe Method

  1. In a chopper add 100 gm prawns, 100 gm chicken mince, 4 to 5 garlic cloves, 1 onion, 1 tsp brown sugar, 1 egg white, 1 tbsp soya sauce, 1 to 2 tbsp rice flour, 1 tsp crushed black pepper and salt to taste make paste. Now cut carrots in long strips and place batter on the sticks. Heat oil in the pan and fry the strips. Take it out on serving platters and garnish with ½ bunch green coriander, ½ bunch mint and 2 to 3 fried onion to serve.
